The Ternion Healing Method (THM) is a structured, deeply intentional healing experience designed to help you move through grief, emotional weight, and spiritual disconnection in a grounded and supported way. It works through the three core forces that shape human experience: Life, Death, and Spirit. This method is for those who are ready to understand themselves on a deeper level, process what they’ve been carrying, and begin rebuilding emotional and spiritual trust from within. Rather than rushing healing, THM allows you to move through it with awareness, honesty, and care. Through guided exploration, this work supports you in reconnecting your mind, body, and spirit as one integrated system. It helps you bring awareness to emotional patterns, release internal tension, and uncover the deeper layers of your lived experience.
How the Process Works
Each session integrates intuitive guidance, reflective exploration, and energetic support to help you reconnect with yourself in a more honest and grounded way. This may include elements of energy awareness, mindfulness, emotional processing, and spiritual insight depending on what you need in the moment.
The Ternion Healing Method is a human-led, experiential healing practice created and facilitated by Aaron Harris.

Life is where healing begins in reality. It is the process of coming back into your body, your emotions, and your daily experience so you can begin to feel grounded in your own life again. This step focuses on how you live, how you care for yourself, and how you respond to your emotional world in real time. When these areas are supported, you begin to feel more stable, more present, and more able to access moments of clarity and even joy again.
We will gently explore the foundation of your inner world through what I refer to as the 5 Levels and 7 Pillars of Self. This helps you understand where your energy, emotions, and life patterns are supported and where they may feel unstable or neglected.
Rather than focusing on surface-level self-care, this work brings awareness to the parts of you that have been overlooked, overextended, or silently carrying too much. You begin to recognize what your mind, body, and emotions actually need in order to feel supported.

Death is not only physical it represents endings, loss, and the moments in life where everything familiar changes. It is the part of the human experience where something closes so something deeper can begin to emerge. This is the space where we gently turn toward what has been avoided: grief that has not been fully felt, emotional wounds that have not been processed, relationship pain, identity shifts, and moments where life no longer feels like it did before. You are guided through this process with care, presence, and without judgment or spiritual bypassing.
Death can show up in many forms:
Loss: the ending of relationships, divorce, job loss, financial instability, or the collapse of something you once depended on for safety or identity. These moments can leave you feeling ungrounded, uncertain, or disconnected from who you are.
Pain: emotional betrayal, broken trust, chronic stress, or experiences that have reshaped your sense of safety in the world. This can create emotional protection patterns that feel hard to let go of.
Grief: the death of a loved one, or mourning the version of life you thought you would have. This grief can feel ongoing, quiet, and deeply personal.
Shadow: emotions like jealousy, anger, shame, or resentment that you’ve been taught to hide or suppress, along with patterns of self-sabotage or repetition. These are not flaws they are unprocessed parts of your inner world asking to be seen.

After acknowledging what has been unstable and moving through what has been heavy, this step focuses on rebuilding trust in your intuition, in your inner knowing, and in your relationship with life itself. It is not about becoming someone new, but about reconnecting with who you have always been beneath fear, pain, and doubt.
This is where clarity begins to return. You start to feel more grounded in your own presence, more open to guidance, and more willing to trust your inner experience without second-guessing yourself.
In this phase, support may include intuitive insight to help you understand your path more clearly, energetic alignment to restore balance and release lingering tension, and simple spiritual practices such as breathwork, meditation, or reflection to help you feel more centered in your body and mind.
These practices are not meant to overwhelm or distance you from reality they are meant to help you integrate your experience in a grounded, practical way so that spirituality becomes something you live, not something you escape into.

Self is the center point where everything comes together.
Life, Death, and Spirit are not separate experiences they all meet within you. This final step is not about becoming someone different, but about returning to a more integrated, grounded, and honest version of yourself.
It is where everything you’ve explored begins to settle into clarity.
In this phase, the focus is on integration. The insights from Life, the emotional release from Death, and the trust rebuilt through Spirit begin to shape how you see yourself, how you make decisions, and how you move through the world. Instead of separate experiences, everything begins to feel connected your emotions, your intuition, your body, and your awareness all working together rather than in conflict.
Self is the return point. It is where healing becomes embodied instead of intellectual, where awareness becomes lived experience, and where you begin to move through life with a deeper sense of alignment and inner steadiness.
Alive represents the physical and experiential aspect of existence. It’s the immediate life we live, our actions, relationships, and emotions.
Eternity represents the timeless, infinite, and unbounded aspect of existence beyond linear time, beyond the physical.
Experiencing a joyful moment while sensing its place in a larger, eternal flow gives you grounding and expansion simultaneously. It encourages living fully while recognizing the larger continuity of existence.
Awakening represents self-realization, consciousness expanding beyond habitual thought patterns, and recognition of inner truth.
Spirituality represents connection to energy, consciousness, or higher awareness, what many call Spirit.
Moments of insight or intuition (Awakening) that are aligned with a sense of connectedness or purpose (Spirituality) reinforce clarity, inner guidance, and authentic identity.
Aware is consciousness in its active form—the ability to notice, reflect, and understand both internal and external states.
Reality is the totality of existence physical, emotional, social, and cosmic.
Awareness connects the Self to what is real, enabling discernment, grounded decision-making, and integration of experiences. This bridge allows the Self to act intentionally rather than reactively.
We begin by slowing things down and creating a grounded space for you to arrive fully as yourself. There is no pressure to explain everything perfectly or hold it all together. This is a space where you can simply be where you are. From there, we gently explore what you’re carrying beneath the surface—not just the details of your situation, but the emotional weight, patterns, and inner experiences that may be shaping how you feel, think, and move through life. The intention is not to overwhelm, but to bring clarity and relief to what has felt heavy or unclear. Each session naturally follows what you are ready for in the moment. Some sessions focus more on grounding, stability, and emotional support. Others move into deeper reflection around grief, inner patterns, or rebuilding trust in yourself and your intuitive awareness.
