Program Overview
WOW! This will be my 3rd year hosting Finding Spirit!
Thank you everyone for your continued support!
Finding Spirit is a two-part, two-hour intensive grief & spiritual program via Zoom. Over two weeks, the focus will be on building connection, validating and understanding grief, and creating safe supportive space. The journey includes healing through structure, self-reflection, and community support.
At the end of each week, you’ll receive an optional interactive worksheet and journal prompt (not mandatory to share unless you’d like to). With Aaron, you will learn and build healthy coping tools, share life experiences, and explore the basics of spirituality and intuitive mediumship, all while finding Spirit within YOURSELF.
