Welcome to Aaron Harris LIVE (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, purchasing, booking, or participating in any services offered by Aaron Harris (the “Services”), including but not limited to psychic readings, mediumship, healing sessions, classes, events, and digital content, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
THESE TERMS INCLUDE A BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER IN SECTION 13. THIS PROVISION AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WITH AARON HARRIS AND YOU SHOULD REVIEW IT CAREFULLY. YOUR CHOICE TO MAINTAIN AN ACCOUNT, ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES (REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU CREATE AN ACCOUNT WITH US) CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY, WHICH IS INCORPORATED INTO THE TERMS. IF YOU DISAGREE WITH ANY PART OF THE TERMS, THEN YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE OUR SERVICES.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
You must be at least 18 to use the Services (unless otherwise specified in the International Terms section applicable to specific jurisdictions). No individual under the age of 18 may use the Services, provide any Personal Data (as that term is defined in the Privacy Policy) to us, or otherwise submit Personal Data through the Services (e.g., a name, address, telephone number, or email address).

All services provided by Aaron Harris, including but not limited to psychic mediumship, spiritual consultations, and healing work, are for entertainment purposes only. No service is a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for your personal choices and interpretations following any service.

There is no guarantee or warranty that you will receive a particular outcome or benefit from any session or service. The effectiveness and interpretation of services are subjective and vary per individual.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Private sessions
• Classes and courses
• Memberships and subscriptions
• Digital downloads
• Live or recorded spiritual content
• Other custom or service-based offerings

By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to this strict No Refund Policy, in accordance with California Civil Code § 1723, which permits businesses to establish refund limitations for custom service-based transactions.

EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY INCLUDE:

• Online-based appointments and events (including classes and readings conducted via Zoom) are fully refundable only if canceled at least 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled service date. 
• Physical retail items (if offered or sold) may be eligible for a refund within 45 days from the original purchase date, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

No refunds or exchanges will be provided beyond these stated timelines.

Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide notice will result in the full forfeiture of the session fee. Late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes may be treated as a missed appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to disrespectful or inappropriate behavior, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.

All content, materials, and services are the exclusive intellectual property of Aaron Harris and may not be copied, shared, sold, distributed, or republished without express written consent.

We are deeply committed to your privacy and the confidentiality of your experiences.

All information shared during sessions, appointments, classes, or other services is held in 100% strict confidence and considered private unless you, the client, explicitly ask for your story, testimonial, or experience to be shared publicly.

We will never sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Mandated Reporting:
Aaron Harris is a mandated reporter under California law. This means that if any disclosure is made during a session or interaction that involves suspected abuse, neglect, harm to self, or harm to others, Aaron is legally required to reportsuch information to the appropriate authorities. These exceptions to confidentiality are made only in accordance with California state law to protect individuals from harm.

For all other matters, your identity, session details, and communications are protected and respected with the highest ethical standards.

To the fullest extent permitted by California law:

• Aaron Harris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
• Under no circumstances shall Aaron Harris’s total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific service.

All services and content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” with no warranties of any kind, express or implied.

If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Binding Arbitration: You and Aaron Harris agree to resolve any disputes exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court. This includes all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the Services.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any claims or disputes must be brought solely on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or award relief for anyone other than you.

Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and held in the State of California. Each party is responsible for its own legal fees and costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
