JULY 2025 Topics:

🌻 July 20, 2025

Grief and the Body: Where the Pain Lives

Grief doesn’t only live in the heart—it often settles into the body. Fatigue, muscle tension, headaches, digestive issues, and even chronic pain can be physical expressions of emotional loss. In this circle, we’ll explore how grief shows up somatically and how to begin gently listening to our body’s messages. Through reflection and shared wisdom, we’ll discuss ways to nurture the body—rest, movement, hydration, breathwork—as a vital part of the healing process. When we tend to the body, we also tend to the soul.

🌻 July 27, 2025

Creating Sacred Space for Grief

Grief needs a place to land—a sacred container where it can be felt, expressed, and honored. In this circle, we’ll explore the power of creating rituals, building altars, and establishing personal practices that give shape and meaning to our grief. Whether it’s lighting a candle, keeping a memory box, or setting aside time for reflection, these acts offer comfort, structure, and a sense of connection. Together, we’ll learn how to transform sorrow into sacred space, where healing can begin and love continues to live.

Learning For All - Virtual Program

Healing Hands Fund

The Healing Hands Fund is a donation-based program designed to help support Aaron's ongoing work with Healing for All and his healing practice. Your contributions directly impact the availability of free programs and low-cost classes, ensuring grief support and healing are accessible to all.

How the Donation Program Works:

One-Time Donations: Supporters can make a one-time donation in any amount. These funds go directly to covering the costs of free and discounted classes, helping to make healing more accessible.

Recurring Donations: Donors can choose to contribute on a monthly basis, providing steady, ongoing support. This consistent funding ensures that free sessions and coaching remain available to those in need, allowing Aaron's work to continue.

Every donation, no matter the size, helps to further Aaron's mission of healing and support. Thank you for your generosity!
