I developed the Ternion Healing Method (THM). Using this THM technique, I discovered that true healing can be done from within. Healing needs to begin with structure.
In this phase, we assess your emotional patterns, boundaries, habits, and personal accountability. We strengthen your foundation so growth becomes sustainable rather than temporary.
Life is about embodiment and finding joy in every moment even when it seems unattainable. How you live daily, how you regulate your emotions, and how you care for yourself begins the process towards healing and intuition activation. We will go through the 5 Levels and 7 Pillars of Self. Self care at its core is not just a bubble bath, healthy food, or exercising. It is fine tuning our awareness to where we need care the most while expanding awareness to parts of ourselves we forget or don't realize need care just as much.

Death represents transformation.
This is the space where we gently confront unresolved grief, suppressed emotion, relationship wounds, identity shifts, and spiritual disillusionment. You are guided safely through shadow integration without shame, judgement or spiritual bypassing.
Death can come in all forms:
Loss: The end of a relationship or divorce. Losing a job, home, or financial stability.
Pain: Emotional betrayal from someone trusted. Chronic stress that reshapes your sense of safety.
Grief: The death of a loved one. Mourning the life you thought you would have.
Shadow: Jealousy or resentment you feel ashamed to admit. Self-sabotaging patterns that repeat despite good intentions.
Death is not destruction it is part of the natural strike of life and can in turn become release and freedom.

Once stability is strengthened and pain is acknowledged, we focus on rebuilding trust in yourself, in the process, and along side Spirit/Creator. This is the space to reconnect with your intuition, reclaim your courage, and open to compassion without judgment.
This phase may include:
Spirit is approached with discernment and applied in a practical, grounded, and integrated way. It’s about learning to hold vulnerability without fear, to trust without losing yourself, and to carry your spiritual awareness into real life. You will leave with clarity and confidence. Feel more steady in your own presence, soul and physical body. And you will leave with tools to continue walking your path with compassion, courage, and spiritual alignment.
We begin by slowing things down and creating foundation for you to be able ground and process. This is a space where you don’t have to explain perfectly, or hold it all together. We look at what’s really happening in your life, not just the daily details, but the deeper patterns, the weight you’re carrying, and where you may feel stuck or dimmed. Together, we begin finding the steady light within it. From there, we move through the three pillars of Life, Death, and Spirit in a way that feels grounded and intentional.
In a session, you may experience:
• Honest, direct reflection held with compassion
• Space to process grief, anger, or old wounds
• Emotional release without shame
• Practical grounding tools for real life
• Spiritual insight that feels steady and usable
Some sessions focus on strengthening your foundation and daily stability. Others move deeper into loss, shadow work, or rebuilding trust in yourself and in Spirit. The direction depends on where you are and what you’re ready to work with.
